Jira
To connect OX to your JIRA account, start by following these instructions to fetch your unique JIRA URL.
Once you have it, please paste it within OX like so:
From the kebab on the right-hand side of the issue ribbon, select "Create Jira ticket"
- 1.Click on the desired issue
- 2.From the menu that opens up at the bottom of the page, select the Jira icon
In both options, you'll be directed to the following screen, where you can choose the project name, assign a team member to the ticket, and many more. You might receive an automatic fill-out suggestion, which you can change.
